As branch manager for the Burlington, VT franchise of Westaff, I was responsible for the smooth operation of one of Westaff's largest offices. With an internal staff of nine and an external workforce of up to 400, this position included all aspects of hiring and retaining qualified employees for our extensive customer network.

As Managing Partner, I am responsible for coordinating the finances and operations of a 20,000 square foot restaurant and office building in Winooski, VT. Contract and lease review and negotiation, vendor selection and relationships, and tenant retention and acquisition are within my purview.

We operated two Massachusetts locations of our staffing business as Remedy from 6/09 - 12/17. As of 1/1/18, all locations have converted to the Westaff brand name to align with our vision and growth plans.

As Manager Trainer in the Cambridge, MA store for Kinney Shoes, I was responsible for the training and development of up-and-coming members of Kinney's team in the Boston market. I was directly involved in the recruiting and training efforts of all of Kinney's stores in the greater Boston area. I was also responsible for all store operations for my store, including sales, scheduling, inventory, risk management and loss prevention.
