In this role I manage the corporate income tax revenue model and projections. I also collaborate with colleagues to produce publications of the agency including the Budget and Economic Outlook and the Monthly Budget Review.
As senior research associate I managed and implemented custom analyses and projects, and provided subject matter expertise to help clients understand policy implications, communicate plans and priorities, and achieve their economic development goals. Topic areas I worked on include transportation and energy, urban and regional economics, demographics.
As Director, I led a team of researchers in creating and conducting applied research and policy analysis projects for stakeholders across West Virginia and the region.
