Responsible for successfully identifying the need to form a UX Research and Product Design Department within the organization and strategically planning out the new department and Design OPS plan. Created Job Descriptions, Staffed and Onboarded new UX Product Designers based on current project needs focusing on our Digital Platform. Weaved in UX Design Processes throughout our Agile and SDLC processes for maximum output and cross team collaboration with our Product Management, Product Development, Business Analyst Team and IT partners. Led efforts around our Design System, Design Principles, Processes, UX Tool Set and created a team to scale and maximize on design and reusable assets. Put focus on UX Research and worked directly with our end users and our Member Owners to ensure we were designing and developing applications within our Digital Platform offerings that were designed for the user and provided ease of use. Helped lead implement a new design platform for our design system and assets to ensure consistency among our deliverables and applications. Focused on using our UX Research and Design Team's strengths for appropriate staffing and resourcing to ensure efficient workflows and effective designs. Responsible for over 15+ project initiatives ranging from Digital, Mobile, AI, Innovation for both B2B and B2C user groups. Led our overall UX Product Research and Design Design OPS Plan and Strategy to fully plan out our year 1-3-5 Strategic Plan to execute on bringing the best UX Research and Design Team into PSCU. Ongoing efforts include- focusing on building the best team, ensuring we have the appropriate staff and resourcing for our projects, focusing on Agile and Design processes to ensure maximum effectiveness for our development deliverables, Speed to Market and UX usability. Working on Research to ensure we understand what is needed for the user by identifying trends , usability and other data sets to make decisions based on research.

Based on identified needs, formed and lead the creation of 3 new departments within the organization to create maximum effectiveness to build and deliver quality solutions to our Member Owners. Formed the Product Development Team, The UX Design Team as well as our Business Analyst Team. Responsible for execution of forming 3 new departments, writing job descriptions, staffing and securing the appropriate talent. Training and onboarding as well as writing and execueting on processes, reusable templates, cross department collaboration, scaleable solutions and measurable metrics of success. Helped lead our efforts to bring Agile into the organization by working with consultants, sitting on our Agile Committee Group as well as setting up and working through the various phases of our Agile Implementation into our project teams. Successfully led our largest in house developed B2B initiative from design to development and delivery for our Member Owners. Led the efforts around UX Product Research and Design. Worked with several end users and Member Owners onsite at their Credit Union to understand usage of our current tool set, branch/teller opportunities and needs to design and develop a best in class B2B application to reduce training, and provide ease of use as well as an updated User Interface by focusing and building for the end user's needs. Worked with multiple vendors, end users as well as cross collaboration department efforts to successfully build, launch and implement the new B2B Application to our Member Owners.Led a team of 20+ direct reports as well as led digital project teams with cross functional departments to meet our deadlines and deliverables on time and within project budget.Successfully planned out and executed on succession planning for my direct reports. Led efforts to disperse new departments within our Product Organization and transitioned 2 of the 3 departments successfully to focus on our UX Product Research and Design Department Launch.
