Alongside my full-time role I produce and develop my own range of products that I sell via third party marketplaces. Products are brought to fruition by analysing the ecommerce landscape, identifying gaps in the market, and producing costing reports to establish whether it’s a viable business opportunity or not.

In this role I was brought in to manage the Marketing department of one of Ideal Shopping Direct's subsidiary companies, Kanban Crafts.- In the process of launching a new website on Shopify to create a improved shopping experience- Copywriting of content across the website, social media and other marketing materials- Curation and execution of the social media content and the overarching strategy- Liaison with the in-house sales and creative teams to produce promotional materials including TV shopping promotions and web-only offerings- Management, organisation and promotion of in-store events

Digital Marketing - Creating and establishing a Social Media content strategy for various campaigns, product launches and brand building initiatives (both paid and organic). Creating monthly promotions through the CMS to run and promote each month.Event Management - The organisation, planning, preparation, and hosting of various in-store events. Previous events include Famous Bodybuilder meet & greets, Vegan friendly supplements and a Roadblock event.Influencer Outreach - Liaising and hiring sponsored athletes to boost brand awareness and generate increased footfall to retail stores and the website.Adhoc Marketing Initiatives

Digital Marketing - Email marketing, social media management, websitedevelopment, campaign management, SEO, content creation.Product Development - Conceptualising product ideas, sourcing materials and running costing reports based on market trends and opportunities. This involved stock management and the delegation of manufacturing to our in-house product team. Product Optimisation and Sales - Part of a sales team that saw a 30% increase in turnover in comparison to the previous Q4 period.Influencer Outreach - I had products featured by various Bloggers, Celebrities and YouTubers, including Scarlett Moffat, Roman Atwood (22M views) and PewDiePie (7.1M views).
