Contributed in the $276M build of the Savannah, GA Convention Center. Developed a cross-reference matrix to track individual materiel procurements for as-built conditions versus “as-Designed” and implemented a color-coded procurement tracking tool to identify the delta between estimated and actual costs, which was adopted as the new tracking tool. Formulated and maintained Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA) project repository, which resulted in the timely processing of REAs. Managed and coordinated the processing of more than 1,000 purchase orders and timecards between the project superintendent, headquarters accounting, project team ensuring accurate and timely payments. Briefed the senior project manager weekly on the status of REAs, purchase orders, and procurement/design variants, which ensured senior leaders were informed of project updates and contractual obligations.
