Over the past 9 years, I have had the pleasure of rebranding WQAD's look more than 4 times. All of which received rave reviews. I oversaw everything from on-air, print, even stadium billboards.

Oversee the VizRT needs of both KWTV and KOTV. My team and I designed and built out the on-air graphics for both of these stations. The core of that brand is still used today.

Through my experience in the news industry I have learned the true meaning of multitasking. As well as completing hi-end graphics at a moments notice. On a daily basis I work on large arrays of different graphic formats, ranging from print, animations, promotions, story opens, to complete reprogramming and redesign of the news segments. I am extremely proficient with VizRT software, whether its VizArtist, VizTrio, Ticker and Template Wizard, INEWS and Moss interface, as well as Transition Logic format, and Adobe Suite. I did all of the newspaper ads for our November 2007 sweeps segments. As well as made the opening animations for a large portion of those segments. Designed "The Doctors" show promo banners. All in all I have been working as a graphic artist for marketing, a viz artist for news and the "go to guy" for any VizRT issues for the entire station.

I work as the evening manager of three employees for the nation's largest gift card producing company. We laminate and die-cut gift cards for such companies as American Eagle, Dicks Sporting Goods, CVS Pharmacy, and Blockbuster Video. The job has taught me the necessity of paying close attention to details and focusing on flaws. Managing a small team has taught me the diversity of people and how to communicate and motivate people to reach set goals.
