Project Highlights:Industry City Specialty Pharmacy and Immunogenetics- Ongoing Buildout of 2 floors at Industry City, including BDF expansion, Back-up Generator and Chiller installation on roof. NYULH Long Island Branding InitiativeManaged design and Installation of branding signage across 100+ Long Island offsites including NYU Langone Long Island Hospital and associated Faculty Group Practices. Phase 1 was a temporary roll-out to establish new names followed by permanent interior, exterior and major exterior building signage. Majority of signage completed within 1 year of name announcement. Winthrop EPIC transition and IDF buildout This was a $25 Million dollar project to build 3 IDF stacks and supporting infrastructure for the merge of WInthrop hospital and NYU Langone Health. This required a major space planning reorganization across the hospital buildings to create stacked empty spaces on every floor of the 3 pavilions. The project lead to the transition to EPIC, a health information management system. This was a major milestone in connecting NYU Long Island Hospital to the rest of NYULH hospital system. Tisch 10 Day SurgeryComplete renovation of the waiting and pre-op patient area for Day Surgery.
