I supervised 12 assistants for the North Texas branch of Zwicker & Associates, P.C., a national civil litigation debt collection law firm. Upon hiring, I trained new staff on all computer software, service of process procedures, and/or document preparation & filing, depending on office needs. Each week I would analyze the office's inventory to determine files ready for dispositive motions, trial prep, or satisfaction and would delegate these files to an assistant to complete. I received and transcribed incoming discovery for attorney responses and sent outgoing discovery to opposing parties once all components were gathered, reviewed, and scanned. I also E-filed documents on the state's website and corresponded with court coordinators on a daily basis.
