Voice Processing consultant for this company dealing with purchasers of voice processing equipment. Travelled to customer sites to set up and perform acceptance tests, gave presentations to approx. 5-35 users with about 4x1¼ hour sessions per day. Advised the systems administration manager of the various uses and potential of their new Voice Processing System and helping with any new applications.Researched, authored and produced technical manuals for end users of the Voice Processing systems. These were produced using Word, PowerPoint and Access. I also gained practical knowledge of Excel, 123 and Paradox (DOS and Windows.)

Responsible for training and advising National Power employees in the use of an Electronic Voice Messaging System. Initiated and installed this system within National Power across different sites throughout England giving presentations to groups of personnel. Gained extensive knowledge in the setting up and utilising of computerised systems, including Word Perfect, Paradox, VMX and Windows. The creation and maintenance of an administration database was also my responsibility.
