Hi, I'm Jon, and I'm passionate about helping businesses create effective employer branding strategies that put people first. With over 12 years of experience in people communications and consumer advertising, as well as a background in web development, I've had the opportunity to work on some really exciting projects over the years.As a Founding Partner and Business Services Director at Chatter, I've had the privilege of working with some great clients to build their employer brands and improve talent attraction, engagement, retention, and productivity. We've grown our team to 32 and developed a reputation as one of the UK's most experienced employer branding experts.In my role as Business Services Director, I'm responsible for legal, HR, finance, IT, and anything else that keeps our business running smoothly from day to day. I'm really proud of how far we've come since forming Chatter in 2011, and I'm excited to see where we'll go in the future.Looking ahead, my goal is to continue helping businesses understand the incredible advantages of having a strong employer brand that puts people first. I'm always on the lookout for emerging technologies and innovative strategies that can help our clients succeed.Some of my specialties include web production, accessibility, usability, account management, digital strategy, social media and recruiting, employer brand development, employer reputation, and employee engagement.
