▪ Managed (from design to delivery) a large location strategy program that considered in reviewing the entire client portfolio and optimizing cost of delivery from Latin America & Caribe RRF consulting businesses (Rev $75M/year), reducing cost footprint in these offices, relocating technical client work to lower cost geographies (Portugal and India)▪ I also got involved in a global project team to design and setup an existing cost center model running across all Mercer Centers of Excellence (and addressed levers such as expense management, performance metrics, revenue generation and billing)
