• Led the project management of a programme which opened a pop-up shop ( No 11 The Meadows) for 12 weeks in Chelmsford City Centre.• Brought together corporate, voluntary, and statutory partners to deliver a community offer that activate the principles in Chelmsford’s Cultural Strategy: Inclusivity, wellbeing and partners at the heart of cultural programming.• Assembled Artists and Designers to create the look and feel of the shop to create venue and delivered a 12-week programme of cultural activity

• Successfully provided strategic leadership to the urgent care integrated system across Mid and South Essex leading up to and during the COVID pandemic. • Led an integrated response with partners across health, social care and the voluntary sector responding to surges in demand ensuring that only those patients that needed urgent treatment were admitted and that patients were discharged safely back to their own homes. • Responsible for a multi-million-pound budget and contracts associated with urgent care commissioning, this included working with partners to provide innovative responses for example the Essex Fire and rescue and the Red Cross.• Provided leadership, coaching and mentoring for local and regional senior teams. • Elected lead commissioner for two prevention and lifestyle programmes including implementing a pilot of the complete health improvement programme, the largest pilot to date in the UK that resulted in the reversal of type 2 diabetes for many of the participants. • Developed and delivered an online personal development programme (Live Life Connected) for staff and their families across nineteen organisations in Mid and south Essex. • Provided leadership of the urgent care transformation team and performance management function • Successfully led on the development and implementation of Minor Injury Units aligned to the NHS strategy and the local quality improvement initiatives. This included considerable change to the community hospitals model and required in depth engagement and co design with the local community. • Led on the oversight of large multi-million-pound contracts, for example the out of hours GP service. This also included reporting to the regional and national team and delivery of any recovery plans in collaboration with providers.• Successfully designed and set up a Winter Room to manage and coordinate emergency system response services across North East Essex.• Chaired and led on the System Resilience Operational group working with multiple partners, statutory and voluntary, across North East Essex. This included designing and facilitating large system wide workshops and groups, to gain collaboration with partners.• Provided coaching, mentoring, 360-degree feedback on courses and programmes delivered by the NHS leadership Academy.
