I've been in recruitment for over 20 years and still have a love of learning everything Talent Acquisition especially new technologies and ways of working.I've worked for massive companies like Network Rail and Royal Mail where I developed a lot of resilience and learn‘t to navigate complex issues that arise through working in matrix organisations. I believe this gave me a great understanding of business, how to break down barriers and move initiatives forward. Over the past 10 years of being the MD at SELECT TALENT I've been very proud to have worked with some of the biggest brands in the UK through to working with SMEs supporting rapid growth! As a team we've won international business in Australia working with candidates relocating from the UK to Perth (Aus.) placing people across Europe and undertaking searches in North America.We are focused on showing businesses across our sectors that there is an alternative way of engaging a recruitment partner. We see so often companies of all sizes create a PSL or pay a one off fee for a contingent hire.
