Identifying talent acquisition opportunities and strategically planning the resourcing.• Talent sourcing and deployment management, support global activities by partnering the Functional Management team to strategically redeploy employees across projects in the region and internationally.

• Responsible for the sourcing, assessment, selection and hiring of Siemens employees. Managing multiple recruitment campaigns at various levels from entry to senior management globally.• Providing a consultancy service to hiring managers and HR Partners to identify and specify key hiring requirements, agree and execute a resourcing strategy and project plan in line with agreed targets and Service Level Agreements. • Ensuring cost effective and timely recruitment while delivering qualified and skilled candidates in response to business requirements. Implementing a best in class recruitment function whilst delivering a positive candidate and client experience with focus on quality, cost and time.• Interview preparation and coaching Hiring Managers through the Resourcing process. • Partner the HR and Operations team to understand talent gaps and business priorities and participate in business planning cycle and ‘5B’s’ process and establish forward looking talent attraction strategies• Provide regular and adhoc management reports for key stakeholders to help plan recruitment more efficiently for the purposes of headcount performance analysis, productivity activity planning and decision support.
