About Jo Blevins

I have several years experience working within a contact centre/ control room environment within both private and public sectors. Over the years, I have gained vast knowledge in both operations and customer service in the healthcare sector which has given me great confidence in managing people and projects whilst also meeting strict targets and deadlines. This has been achieved through effective leadership of large teams that I oversee. I am currently in the role of NEOC Service Support Manager. It is very important to me that I develop my team to ensure that their growth and development is high quality and that we achieve our organisational goals along with delivering excellent patient care.I am a qualified mental first aider within the trust along with being a member of the peer to peer scheme providing support to all staff.
