Set up and lead the development of Clean Growth UK, a pioneering green business network with partners at the University of Portsmouth and Liverpool John Moores University. With the Clean Growth UK team and local delivery partners delivered LoCASE (Low Carbon Across the South and East), an extensive ERDF funded grant programme, with over 2 million in grants received by Sussex SMEs. Set up Net Zero 360, our net zero business support package for SMEs: https://www.clean-growth.uk/net-zero-360/ Currently being delivered across Sussex and Southampton, with it's own university developed carbon calculator.

Supported businesses to develop R&D projects for example Medisort to move on with their mission to repurpose nappy waste: https://www.ktp-uk.org/case-study/recycling-medical-waste-with-medisort-and-university-of-brighton/Helped students work on our bespoke enviromental placements with local businesses.

Managed the roll out of the in house integrated waste and recycling scheme, including communications and logistics. One time I dressed up as a giant plastic bottle!

Audited the quality of the outsourced cleansing contract and stepped up to cover maternity leave management role.
