With over 25 years of senior management experience across diverse leadership roles including John Lewis, Starbucks, Cambridgeshire Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind (CPSL Mind) and the University of Cambridge, I have built a career dedicated to leading impactful teams, developing innovative business strategies, and driving mental health and wellbeing initiatives in the workplace.In my previous role as Head of Training, Consultancy, and Business Development at CPSL Mind, I led workplace wellbeing programmes, collaborated with corporate clients, and launched key initiatives like a Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy and a Menopause and Mental Health strategy. Now, at the University of Cambridge, I lead on the staff wellbeing agenda, focusing on fostering a healthy, supportive work environment.I am passionate about supporting others and take great pride in my work as a qualified counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Alongside my professional roles, I run a private practice where I work with people from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate a wide range of challenges. I’ve also had the privilege of working in schools, colleges, universities, and local charities, offering tailored, compassionate support.
