With 20+ years of experience of customer focused roles within the hospitality industry, I started my career in Queens Moat Houses, where I worked with a great team of people who maintained high standards of customer service and gave me a great grounding in the hospitality industry. My final role with QMH was as Area Sales Manager for London, and I have subsequently held a variety of roles as Director of Sales and Key Account Manager within the Forte and MacDonald Hotel Groups.I joined Mandy and the team at Paje Consultancy and Venues of Excellence in 2017, and love working as part of this experienced and enthusiastic team.Paje Consultancy - I look after the Learning Development Academy working alongside experienced trainers offering both open and bespoke courses tailored for our colleagues within the hospitality industry. In addition, I work on projects offering both advice and strategic sales support.Venues of Excellence - A fantastic consortium of quality UK conference venues, I am responsible for the strategic growth of membership, and supporting the business development team.
