• Looked after IFA firms throughout the UK and increased new business submitted as well as looking after existing schemes. • Worked closely with the broker services team aligned to my panel and with other departments such as claims, marketing and underwriting to get the best out of my panel. • During my time in the team, I took on many projects such as working with Partnerships, lead allocation and development, creating a highly successful partnership with both broker services teams that have supported me, mentoring, and setting up a ‘Best Practice Forum’.

• Role involved comparing life and annuity quotes for customers transferred from the lead provider and managing the case from start to end, making sure our customers understood the product and added value services available. • I was heavily involved in several projects, working closely with senior stakeholders in order to push products forward.

• Looked after several accounts across the UK and increased sales of income protection as well as looking after existing business and presented to companies when necessary. • Managed a team of 3-4 tele sales consultants as well as being a link to other departments for our team. • Involved in the Achieving Service Excellence project as well as taking on a variety of other roles outside my job specification. When the individual products were withdrawn from the market, I was one of three people kept on as a business development consultant.
