I was also responsible for preparing retail systems and procedures, the implementaion of a new EPoS system and managing the warehouse set up before opening to the public on February 1st 2013.Oversaw all retail functions, actively driving spend per head, transaction values and conversion in order to meet our first year targets. Worked closely with our retail consultant on all product development and buying, regularly reviewing the range and maximising areas of potential based on sales analysis. Oversaw all merchandising, ensuring our stock holding was within budget and maintained 100% availability across the full range.
