I'm experienced in developing and implementing business strategies, managing boards and committees and team management.In my current role at Bioscientifica, the commercial subsidiary of the Society for Endocrinology I lead the Association Management department in a job share with Hannah Bonnell, delivering membership and society management, marketing and communications and finance services to client societies.I am passionate about the benefits of job sharing for employers (job sharers have been proven to be 30% more productive) and for job sharers ourselves.
