We are a Bristol based social impact organisation promoting positive mental health and wellbeing through wild swimming and outdoor activities. We run wild swimming for wellbeing social prescribing programme along side an adult women learn to swim programme for women of colour. We also run a range of outdoor activities, workshops and adventures to support wellbeing for all.
