I am currently working as the HRIS implementation specialist to configure and deliver Workday software to a number of entities as part of the National Water Services Reform Programme. Prior to this, I project managed the implementation of Workday’s Talent (Career and Performance) and Learn (LMS) Modules at a Crown Research Institute. My experience follows the project lifecycle from performing a feasibility analysis and drafting a business case through to the close out of a project. I particularly enjoy the challenges of complex recovery and shared tenancy projects, as well as highly nuanced projects which may involve software upgrades, integrations and the migration of customisations and data. My transferable skills and strengths include: bringing project teams and advisory groups together, writing project documents, software configuration and testing, communicating and managing the impact of change, facilitating training and developing the associated collateral, and managing system launches country wide. I am Workday Pro HCM, MBTI, TMS, Lominger, Kirkpatrick, Agile, and PRINCE2 accredited with a degree in Information Technology.
