My goal is helping patients is to get them to the area of "awareness". Awareness opens up the mind to know there are options out there to make our lives more manageable and create an atmosphere of stable and good self esteem. When we become aware of what it is and how it is that we've been carrying around with us a whole lifetime of negative viewpoints about ourselves, of others, and of our lives in general, then we can begin the steps of making positive and realistic changes.I deal with anxiety, phobias, panic attacks and general anxieties. Outside of that realm, I also see many clients for couples counseling, teens for age related issues and children from eight years old on.
