• Leading the new London division• Account management• Strategic planning, creating and implementing new processes• Generate revenue growth• Bringing in new clients and maintain regular bookings• Booking, management and development of Models, Promotional Models & Creatives • Driving sales, keeping team energy high• Rate negotiation and usage terms• Lead castings for clients• Management of model bookers and up to 500 represented staff• Scouting, recruitment and leading interviews. Development of new faces.• Creating and general upkeep of all model and creative web profiles and model/polaroid cards• Shoot Co-ordinator, creative direction for testing and client based shoots• Lead Creative briefings• Creating mood boards for individual models. Briefing stylists, photographers & hairand makeup artists for model portfolio packages• Pull stock for fashion shows, liaise with client and stores/brands• Thorough documentation for bookings and events• Event planning and management, project management including fashion shows• Proactive and innovative on all social media platforms• Training of Junior Model Bookers
