About Jo Jeffreys

Jo is a Principal Social Value Consultant at Jacobs and Honorary Fellow of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society, with experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, social value and impact, stakeholder and employee engagement, community giving and volunteering, global communications, and geo-environmental disciplines. Jo currently consults on social value delivery across the transportation and the defence sector. With a portfolio career spanning a decade at Jacobs, she is a passionate advocate for developing solutions for a more connected, sustainable world.During Jo's time in Jacobs' Global ESG Office, she co-led the creation, delivery, and subsequent revisions of Jacobs’ worldwide sustainability strategy, PlanBeyond℠, as well as inaugural programme management of Jacobs’ global giving and volunteering program, Collectively℠, engaging 50,000+ employees.In 2024, Jo was officially appointed Honorary Fellowship with the Royal Scottish Geographical Society for her leadership and engagement in driving climate solutions across corporate organisations, their supply chain and community partners.
