I am happiest when being creative and enabling those around me to experience the same. Running BAC gives me the perfect platform to achieve this. Assisting customers in their various creative quandaries encourages me to experiment with the various products on hand in the shop. Running workshops and parties gives me another perfect way to share my knowledge and show participants how to effectively produce a professional finish to their project. Many participants (particularly adults) lack confidence and I take great pleasure in proving to them that they can produce something lovely with the right hints and tips.

  My responsibilities include: keeping stock at adequate levels and ordering accordingly, advising customers on how to achieve the best results with their creative projects and selling them the correct products to do the job, coordinating art and craft classes - finding tutors, advertising the classes, booking in students etc., coordinating our 11 part time staff members to always have plenty of creative knowledge on the shop floor to help our customers as well as help with the general running of the shop.
