Leading and developing the FP&A reporting team to ensure quality submissions and outputs to both the UK and Group for actuals and planning. This included the FP&A agenda for reporting and Finance system enhancements and related moves to Digital tooling.- Governed the delivery of the month-end and forecast processes, including setting timetables, ensuing on-time system submissions and management of delivery deadlines both internally and to Group- Executed high quality delivery of insightful financial reporting for the UK - standard Business Performance briefings and presentations for Finance, CFO, CEO, GMT and Vodafone Group - Responsible for the delivery management of Finance impacting local and Group Finance system and reporting change. This included both minor and major change initiatives - Project Managed the UK’s implementation and adoption of Global planning systems:- globally rolled out Oracle Hyperion Planning for forecast submissions to Group and the Group rolling forecast tool, iForecast (OHP Cloud). This included L1 support to Finance users, resolution of system issues (working with a central Group team and support partners), business readiness for new system functionality, user training, and system alignment- Drove the continual development of the UK Finance reporting and team processes to create simplification, efficiency and standardisation for actuals, planning and reporting and to support our Finance Digital agenda

Leading a team of onshore, offshore and 3rd party resource to deliver market leading finance system stability and management to meet the requirements of both finance and the business for reporting and planning. - Managed the system support for Oracle Hyperion Planning (OHP) and FinanceHub to UK and Group to ensure delivery of actuals and forecast submission and reporting- Controlled all system-related expenditure for OHP and FinanceHub – ensuring strong process management of change controls including the allocation of ‘in contract’ development and any ‘above contract’ agreements- Owned and delivered the Change Management roadmap for OHP and FinanceHub based on required system enhancement to ensure optimal performance and reporting delivery – this included the management of our FinanceHub 3rd party developers - Managed stakeholders at various levels, from finance peers to Exec levels, to foster a positive environment focused on continuous improvement of systems and processes- Project Managed the UK implementation of the new Global planning tool, Vodafone Integrated Planning (VIP)
