As the founder of GOJII, I am dedicated seeing people grow. It's the very reason I started GOJII, to support organisations in growing their people. More recently I have become interested in the intersection between employer and Gen Z expectations and how mentoring can be used to bridge this gap. My mission is to unlock the full potential of Gen Z's diverse perspectives to help them thrive in today's dynamic work environment, whilst decoding their norms for employers.With a career spanning HR and team leadership, I've witnessed firsthand the stereotypes and challenges faced by new generations. I believe that much of this gap stems from not adequately preparing them for success. This insight has driven me to establish GOJII, which is designed to revolutionise how organisations engage with Gen Z talent.At GOJII, we offer expert-led mentoring programs enhanced with smart technology, specifically tailored for Gen Z.
