My passion stems from the belief in a value well articulated by Nelson Mandela when talking about the struggles within his country, "It was not lack of ability that limited my people, but lack of opportunity." I strive to create a safe space for ALL people to exercise their power and have greater access to opportunity.I believe in the power of listening, flexibility and relationship building. Words matter, presence matters, the details matter. All people desire to be seen and heard. The core of my work has been to show up consistently, listen and show an authentic interest in the cares and values of others. If you understand another person's "why," you can connect.
