ARI January 2020 - To Date Document Chasing Quality CoordinatorIn this roll, I streamed line the process used to upload documents received into ARI to provide the client a better experience when using the client platform for looking their documents. I also supported the team leader to make additional changes to the whole team and created desk top guide to support the processes.I carry out audits on an adhoc basis, checking if documents have been received.This area of the business receives all documents relevant to vehicle which has an O License, they are checked and uploaded. The team also chase outstanding documents.Training new members of staff to the team.ARI Quality Auditor (Accident Management) September 2017 – January 2020Here I implemented the Call/Job Quality process which provides the handlers feedback each month on 4 of their calls (picked randomly) and the relevant jobs, to ensure the driver/caller received the correct service following an accident, along with ensuring the on line accident report form was completed correctly, whilst staying in control of the call, showing empathy at all times and ensuring the correct decision was made following the call regarding the vehicle and driver and within the client’s parameters. Once this was up and running it was handed over to team.I supported the team leader in any change of process, and was available if the team needed help of advice.I also train new members of staff joining the team

Sales Support Administrator January 1991 to June 1999I supported a team of Financial Consultant’s, in putting client confidential data following the business which had been sold. I was responsible for collating the whole of branches weekly sales figures and reporting the Regional Manager. I was also responsible for ensuring the Stationary was kept up to date and within the FSA Regulations.
