My role is to support and assist current letting agent partners that outsource their property management and tenancy administration to Rushbrook & Rathbone.I also deal with any new business enquiries that come to the office and create proposals of service, contracts, provide training and on-going support for new partner agents.

Whilst at home bringing up my boys born in 2012 and 2015, I continued my relationship with Rushbrook and Rathbone. I worked on an ad-hoc basis during this time, to help with busy periods, staff shortages, holiday and sickness cover. The tasks I undertook varied from property management, letttings administration, Homesearches for clients coming to the UK from overseas and account management projects for partner agents.

Processing and co-ordinating all necessary arrangements and paperwork relating to the lettings process. From confirming the offer right through to arrangements for keys on the start date of the tenancy and everything in between, including drafting the tenancy agreement to current ARLA guidelines.

My role in the company is divided between two target areas• Agents• Companies that have Global Mobility requirementsFor Agents, my task in the company is to increase our network of Estate Agents and Letting agents that we provide back office administration and property management services for. My duties for this role include: • Networking events• Targeting agents• Making contact and building a relationships with potential agents• Visiting potential agents to discuss their needs and provide a solution to suit• Issuing Proposals tailored to the individual agents needs• Handling negotiations regarding the Proposal• Initial set up of the agent on internal systems and co-ordinating joint branded literature • Support and assistance to the partnership agents during the initial period• Continuing account management to the partnered agents, including regular visits to support and encourage business growth• Portfolio analysis for the agents For Companies, my task is to prospect Corporate clients, usually HR departments, who have to move people from the UK (departure services) or into the UK (destination services).My duties for this role include: • Networking events• Targeting companies• Making contact and building a relationships with the corporate client• Visiting corporate clients to discuss their needs and provide a solution to suit• Issuing Proposals tailored to the individual clients needs• Handling negotiations regarding the Proposal• Initial set up of the corporate client on internal systems • Handover to Corporate Client Account ManagerDue to my experience and expertise with relocation for corporate clients, my role also includes providing assistance and support to the Homesearch co-ordinators.

Providing a comprehensive relocation service to corporate clients including Homesearch and Tenancy management.Being the corporate clients' single point of contact for everything to do with UK housing from Homesearch to utility bill payments to leaving arrangements at the end of the assignment.

Travelled to and around Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

I worked in the Policy Information Centre, answering enquiries and queries from customers regarding personal pension funds and their performance.

My role was in the Customer Services department answering calls and enquries regarding Insurance Finance arrangements.Transamerica Insurance Finance (TIFCO) was sold to a large insurance finance competitor in 2001.
