When I stared With Rushbrook and Rathbone I worked in the pre tenancy department which involved marketing properties, carrying out references, drawing up tenancy agreements and ensuring properties were clean and ready for a new tenancy to begin. After 3 years in the pre tenancy department I wanted to learn more about property management, so I moved into the property management team and took on my own portfolio.
