Our Global Business Services department offers specialist outsourced accounting services, working primarily with companies that have an international focus. Our aim is to provide high quality management reporting and back office support for UK companies and across multiple territories which can be easily incorporated in to the groups reporting requirements. Taking the hard work out of managing multiple locations by coordinating partner firms to produce locally compliant, consistent reporting for all overseas entities. Clients typically include:• Venture-capital/private equity backed companies expanding globally• Large multinational corporations listed on international, regional and domestic exchanges • Inward investment start-upsHaving been involved in all elements of service delivery since joining in 2006 I now focus my time on:- Managing a portfolio of clients, many of which are owned, managed out of the US.- Working with clients setting up in multiple new territories. - Coordinating multi-territory accounts and payroll clients. - Inducting clients in to our systems.- Developing and mentoring staff at all levels but with a focus on our client managers.- Managing processes and system efficiencies to meet client needs.- Overseeing the set up of our offshore team.My role requires commitment to Blick Rothenberg’s values of honesty, respect, pride and openness.
