Track and maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware such as phones, printers, monitors, keyboards,earplugs, servers, data center machines and much more plus software assets, ensuring properdocumentation and organization. Oversee the entire lifecycle of assets, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and eventual disposal, optimizing resource utilization. Ensure adherence to software licensing agreements and compliance regulations, conducting regular audits to prevent legal issues. Assist in budgeting for software and hardware purchases, analyzing costs to identify savings and optimize spending. Provide training and support to users on software applications and hardware usage, facilitating a smooth adoption process. Generate reports on asset utilization, performance metrics, and inventory status to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Work closely with IT departments to coordinate asset deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Utilized a few software programs to assist with my daily tasks such as Service Now, BMC Helix, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), CrowdStrike, McAfee, Asset Panda, Lansweeper, & Excel.

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in computers, servers, and peripherals, ensuring minimal downtimefor users. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components, such as desktops, laptops, printers, and networkingdevices. Perform regular maintenance and preventive checks on hardware systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct repairs on malfunctioning hardware, including replacing faulty components and performingsoldering or wiring as necessary. Provide technical support to school technicians and students, guiding them through hardware-related issues and educating them on best practices for 104 schools. Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, tracking devices, and components for proper assetmanagement. Create and update technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance logs. Work closely with IT teams and other departments to coordinate hardware deployment and ensure compatibility with existing systems. Conduct testing and validation of new hardware equipment to ensure functionality and compatibility with software systems.
