Delighted to be the current Chair of Trustees at Trowbridge Future. A small, independent charity based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire offering support and advice to the local community. Amongst many activities we run a series of youth cafes and services across the community and host a thriving Hub in The Shires Shopping Centre providing advice and support to the local residents.

A completely cross functional strategic role. Concentrating on two key areas: increased company wide understanding of our key markets plus leading a programme of projects to deliver business improvement.

Reporting to Commercial Director, providing direction to team of 17, responsible for all multi channel marketing across all brands under Connect Education and Care umbrella. Including: E-Commerce, Business Intelligence, Customer Insight, Marketing Communications, Creative Production and development of successful sponsorship partnershipsComplex budget management. Driving ROI improvementsDriving move to digital channels Significant production efficienciesDevelopment of Customer & Market Insight provision to business

Success delivered through team of 14 operating across all B2B brands under The Consortium umbrellaRevenue generation through retention and acquisition of customers within identified sectors and geographic areasEffective reporting and performance management including team structure, target setting and performance managementIntegrated sales and marketing activity to ensure maximum ROI delivery from each programmeRenegotiation of major public sector contractsDevelopment of Export proposition and key partner relationships

Provision of consultancy service to SMEs including brand audits, database and customer retention projects and general management and operational structure support.

Variety of management roles and activity including sales forecasting, exhibitions, brand management, all direct marketing production, website, internal and external communications, export sales culminating in a senior management appointment

Various roles in Distribution culminating in Distribution Co-ordinator Management of team of 38 including drivers and scheduling staff. Responsible for resource level management and meeting customer delivery requirements.
