Coaching is a future-orientated conversation with the aim of working towards your goals. I am very happy discussing practical business issues such as developing leadership style, business development, career progression or transitioning to a different role. But business and life objectives are often closely intertwined. You may be at a stage where your life feels permanently out of balance, or questioning whether your career choice is fulfilling enough, or how your work choices will support your life objectives long term. Talking through what's on your mind can really help, so my coaching style is a combination of business and life coaching.
