My team covers a range of sectors related to Net Zero including offshore wind, solar, energy storage, PSH, hydrogen, nuclear, thermal, carbon capture, data centres, gigafactories and e-mobility. We work across the UK and occasionally overseas. We provide real estate advice to across these technologies. We repurpose legacy fossil fuel assets for the various clean energy sectors listed above, as well as property uses such as logistics and residential. We act for clean energy project developers in site acquisition, structuring options, leases, joint ventures and other development agreements. We also buy and sell the resulting real estate investments, raise energy project finance, work in M&A, planning and development, valuations, business rates, lease advisory working with colleagues across the GE business. Finally we are striving to understand how we can use clean energy to decarbonise commercial real estate, industry, ports, airports, road transport and industry.
