From mobilisation to sustainability. My role is to bring theory of change to life and plan and deliver innovative, modern services that meet the needs of vulnerable children and families. Delivery partners include Cheshire East and Coventry city council. Outcome focussed, solution orientated ideas bring a service to families in their time of most need and have been successful at de escalating risk and keeping children in their families.
