Seconded as the PRS HR lead onto a large corporate change programme managed by Deloitte to set up a joint venture with PPL, in a new location in Leicester. The role was responsible for representing PRS’ interests in relation to the people aspects of the new joint venture and to manage the transition and exit of PRS employees involving a TUPE and collective.

Responsible for providing HR expertise to Directors and senior managers across Membership, Public Performance Sales, Broadcast & Online, Recorded Media, International and Strategy. HR lead on a number of projects including the set up of joint ventures and restructures involving TUPE and collective redundancy consultations.

HR contact for Head Office, Senior Managers across separate five brands and line Manager for 4 HR Business Partners who supported 1100 field and store employees.
