Gleichzeitig besitzt er die Flexibilität und Spontaneität neue Impulse und Wünsche der Studierenden pointiert, aber kohärent in das Seminar aufzunehmen. Sein umfassendes Wissen im Bereich der Verhandlung, der Rhetorik, der Mediation und der Sozialpsychologie erlauben es ihm die theoretischen und praktischen Inhalte flexibel zu gestalten und auf die Bedürfnisse der jeweiligen Gruppe anzupassen. Darüber hinaus beherrscht er sämtliche technischen Hilfsmittel, die bei der Online-Durchführung benutzt werden, perfekt. Er behält stets die Kontrolle über die Dynamik des Seminars und kann den Teilnehmern durch seine eloquente und doch praxisorientierte Sprache stets die Inhalte verständlich erklären. Es ist jedes Mal ein grosse Freude mit Joachim zusammenzuarbeiten, da ich immer auch selbst neue Impulse für mich mitnehmen kann.
