I am a negotiation trainer, coach and founder of The Negotiation Studio. For several years, I have been teaching at the University of St. Gallen, now also in its MBA programme. The biggest joy in my work often comes from preparing decision makers for high-stakes negotiations.Together with co-authors, I have developed negotiation exercises that have been published by Kellogg School of Management. These exercises have been used, for instance, by instructors at Harvard, NYU, Stanford, and the University of Oxford.
