I implemented regular audits to monitor compliance and achieved seven years of continuous compliance in my area.Starting from scratch, I conducted comprehensive risk assessments for high-risk operations, identifying the top six risks: Tailings Dam failure, Self-propelled Mobile Plant related accidents, adverse weather conditions, Biological hazards (bee stings and snake bites), drowning, and Occupational Illness due to environmental exposure.Throughout the past seven years, I recorded and investigated incidents, accidents, injuries, and equipment damage, consistently reporting safety performance. In my area, there was only one lost time injury in October 2017, and I addressed four medical treatment cases. Notably, I maintained a zero Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) for the past four and a half years.In addition to overseeing daily operations, I managed extra contractual tasks and ensured the smooth functioning of the integrated HSE Management System (SIMOPS). I also supervised sub-contractors, ensuring their proper onboarding, induction, and compliance with training requirements.With strong client relationships, effective communication, and decision-making skills, I am self-motivated and relationship-focused. I also recorded near hits on the S@S system and compiled monthly inspection reports with action plans, ensuring all corrective actions were completed.
