Product- & Market responsibility for automation solutions to the manufacturing industry in Sweden. My main tasks & responsibilities:- Identify, understand, and elaborate market problems, requirements and use cases- Serve, inspire and motivate key stakeholders and partners - Create and maintain marketing & business plans with strong focus on increasing market share- Develop value propositions and value-based sales arguments- Define sales strategy through indirect and direct sales channels in order to increase sales and maximize profit

Global Product ManagerMy main tasks & responsibilities: - Expert knowledge of market, competitors and customer needs to drive strategy and product positioning in order to ensure strong growth. Working closely with engineering, marketing & sales - Define key commercial product information, particularly in terms of product offering, establishing pricing and discounting strategy- Project Management. Overall responsibility and leadership of cross-functional development teams of customized machines.
