Conduct online training and implementation, includes business process review before the implementation • Prepare online project plan based on the results of the kick off meeting and sales proposal. • Prepare suggested workflow on how the business process of the customer will be implemented in the system. • Perform ERP system installation and initial setup • Prepare customization document • Perform testing of the new feature applied based on the customization document • Perform testing of patch from development team • Performs presentation and clarification of system customization to customer • Monitors and updates status of Projects being implemented and include client communication and coordination for the next task. • Implements and attend assigned task. • Create support tickets for bug encountered during meeting and in-house testing. • Perform Software upgrade for projects under implementation. • Create custom reports and layouts based on customer request

• Prepares monitors and updates status of Accounting and Others projects being implemented and include client communication and coordination. • Prepare and Verifies modifications/bugs/testing request per client requirement • Coordinates the simulation schedule of new versions/fixes with the PIMG Coordinator and Testing Head • Perform on-site installation of items purchased by client per SO. • Performs presentation and clarification of system modifications and revisions to client with focus on the System Testing Report and System Manual. • Assigns Junior Implementer to instruct users how to use the system. • Monitor client operations with focus on their behavior and use of the system. • Prepare Certificate of Completion upon accomplishment of all project milestones and tasks. • Creates principal and sub-tickets for project implementation; closes tickets upon verification of completion. • Implements and attend assigned task in the absence of the assign Junior Implementer
