I am an accomplished leader with a passion for navigating complex and ambiguous challenges. I learn quickly, articulate technical ideas to all audiences, and steer everyone toward a shared vision. I take a mentor approach to building skills in others with the goal of realizing their full potential.I have been practicing Agile principles with software teams and on internal efforts since 2014. I also have my PMP which allows me to build project discipline around an Agile team. I view practicing Agile as managing risk and could not imagine leading teams without it.I spent many years as a Navy wife and can count the relocations to prove it. Being in a mission support role required me to persevere and find the silver lining. It has made me a better consultant who knows the current crisis will pass.
