I am a 20-year-old student currently in the 3rd year of the Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Iscte Business School (IBS), where I've been increasingly passionate about the essence and practice of this fascinating field.Throughout my academic journey, my passion for human resources has grown, and I'm certain that I'm in the right area for me. I've acquired numerous insights that shape this field, from recruitment and selection strategies to talent development and performance management, always absorbing this knowledge eagerly.I've had the opportunity to serve as an Ambassador for Iscte Business School, actively supporting and representing our esteemed institution, sharing what sets us apart as an academic community.As a Human Resources Trainee at Iscte Junior Consulting, through my performance and dedication, I had the opportunity to advance to Junior Consultant, engaging in challenging and collaborative projects. Currently, I am seeking to develop my interest in research focused on human resources through two projects. I'm also discovering a new passion for data science by acquiring new knowledge and insights.
