Responsible for the Digital B2B marketing relational program in Portugal and Spain - defining the strategy and implementing the initiatives for both marketsEnsure coordination, execution and control of all brand project activities from the Trade Marketing perspective (development of the marketing and merchandizing plan, people management, timings, budget, KPI’s, suppliers)Closely monitoring the performance of both markets and different tools, anticipating needs and proposing new strategies when necessaryManagement and coach of a team of 5 people in both marketsCreation of a “Digital Culture” through training for teams, training for retail customers, creation of analysis tools and decryption of results
