Oversee the holistic execution of the Fund’s strategic direction, monitor performance for its portfolio of initiatives, and guide the organization’s “jobs to people” strategy around job access relating to the job hubs framework to drive more economic development in places with concentrations of existing talent, infrastructure and civic alignment.

Led consulting practice focused on providing strategic advisory services to Allegro’s government, nonprofit, and corporate clients. Deliverables include economic development strategy, real estate strategy, land use planning, market feasibility, fiscal impact analysis, strategic planning, site selection, land assembly, government approvals, and regulatory requirements on a local, national, and international basis. Member of Allegro's leadership team.

Led DigitalC’s practice focused on developing places designed to connect, inspire and ignite. Researched nation-wide best practices for community innovation spaces and presented recommendations to stakeholders. Spearheaded resulting development of the Midtown Tech Hive, a neighborhood innovation space combining co-working facilities, anchor tenants, street-level retail, and community programming and events. Secured $1.5 million in financing from five sources, and ushered project through city approval process.

Headed the federal application process for each new project, nine applications submitted to date. Built an asset management system for $200 MM in assets. Assisted in project underwriting for $79 MM in new loans. Manage draw disbursements for all loans currently funding.

Managed five of seven initiatives related to business expansion and retention in Northeast Ohio including research, marketing and training projects as part of the administration of a $500,000 grant. Responsibilities included vendor evaluation, selection and management as well as communication coordination for a fourteen-member decision making body.

Evaluated entrepreneurial ecosystems in midwestern cities for JumpStart Inc. As part of a team of researchers, designed and implemented a program evaluation for the Cleveland Foundation and Living Cities. Analyzed data for other research projects including impact studies, indicator analysis, and program evaluations.

Managed client relationships for commercial and residential projects. Facilitated project stakeholders including elected officials, government agencies,sub-contractors, and design teams throughout the project life cycle. Developed RFP response proposals including market research, business case development and design of RFP materials. Assisted with site supervision, critical path project management, and bidding. Closely collaborated with company president on strategic planning.

Collaborated in the development of $20 million business case. Worked as part of three- person team to redesign the complete work process for the fifth largest utility in the country. Created and organized the program management processes for a $6 million project across seven initiatives.
