Executive committee sales leader with responsibility for the development and execution of the hotel's sales and marketing strategy for all revenue generating areas of the hotel. Provide leadership support and direction for group, transient and catering sales managers toward achievement of annual sales revenue goals. Engage with key clients and high value accounts in order to strengthen relationships, grow sales and increase market share. Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plan for all room segments, food and beverage, marketing activities, trade shows, advertising and public relations.
